Ham, cheese and salad roll, piece of cake, drink popper and a piece of fruit packed and ready to go (idea for excursions or as last meal)

We offer generous sizes of healthy home prepared meals – no one ever goes hungry!

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We love to cater for special dietary requirements but do need to know of them in advance. Please refer to schedule 1 – Food Allergies and return with your booking.

LOCALLY SOURCED PRODUCE
Pride is taken in providing a nutritionally wholesome and appealing menu for participants, where practical, free of artifical colours, flavours and preservatives, using quality food products. Beef used is Organic Tablelands sourced, Chicken is Free Range and Fish, Wild Local. All meals consist of home cooked recipes.

STUDENT INVOLVEMENT
Campers help with meals service and dining room set-up by placing crockery, cutlery and condiments out. At breakfast time by making toast. Clean-up teams rinse, wash and wipe dirty dishes used by campers (not cooking utensils), wipe down tables and chairs and benches and sweep floors after each meal. This can be done by kitchen staff at an additional cost if you so wish – please ask for a quote.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment of 10% non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of quote to secure date, 50% due 7 days prior with balance payable the day before commencement of camp/event.
